One of the most frustrating things for me is that you very rarely receive a thank you email for a position that you applied for. This makes one wonder if the advertiser has received your application. I feel that ithis a basic professional common courtesy.

The huge number of schools that advertise through job search websites. These are always asking for information, and end up being somewhat of an aggravation.
