Interviews are a two-way street. The company is interviewing you for the job, but you’re also interviewing the company to make sure they’re the right fit for you. Sometimes the interview goes great and you have a feeling you’d get along well with your co-workers. Other times something feels…off. And then your interviewer says something that’s a major red flag. It might be about high employee turnover, company values that don’t line up with yours, or just the interviewer being vague about the job responsibilities.
