    If you are thinking those kinds of thoughts (hopefully not all 21), it will be impossible for your negative thoughts not to show in your actions. I’ve been there – normally in jobs where the fit has not been good and my motivation levels have been poor. Although changing your “head speak” is an option, getting out of that environment is another.
