Question of the Month: Do You Prefer Part-Time or Full-Time Work?

There are plenty of jobs out there, each one unique and different in its own way. When you’re submitting job applications, the first thing to figure out is whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time work.

Part-time jobs often offer flexibility and a pathway to full-time employment. Full-time jobs often have less flexibility, but better pay and benefits.

    I need part-time work because I am a bit older and have some health issues. I can give good service for a few hours a week, as I did this summer at our local fair. I worked four-hour shifts for four days, watching one of the exhibits. It was a sit-down job, and there were others around to help if needed.
