We’re in a job seeker’s market, so if you’re looking for a new job and have a few options on the table, what would it take for you to accept an offer?
In May, we asked about the number one consideration you make when assessing job opportunities. Here’s what you had to say:
Twenty-six percent of those polled said they want competitive pay, while 20% would like a positive workplace culture. Another 17% would consider a new job if remote work options were available. A shorter and easier commute, growth opportunities, and generous benefits are some other top considerations that might make a job opportunity more attractive.
What Does it Mean?
It should come as no surprise that in a job seeker’s market, money is top of mind for workers. However, a positive workplace culture and remote work options are also highly valued by job seekers.
What else would you consider a top priority when assessing job opportunities?
