The Employment Specialist is a critical player in an Express office with the primary emphasis on finding people jobs with great local employers. Employment Specialists specialize in building and maintaining relationships with job seekers as they work to place them in jobs on a daily basis in the areas of Office Services, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, and Professional.
Required Education: Employment Specialists may be required to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a similar field. You can also be more marketable to employers by becoming certified through programs like the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
