Setting Goals in the Wake of a Tumultuous Year

According to Global Workplace Analytics, about 56% of the U.S. workforce holds a job that could partially be accomplished with remote work. That’s a huge change for both employers and employees. However, for those looking to change their career path, these uncertain times present an unprecedented opportunity. Jobs that individuals couldn’t accept because they required a move are now open to anyone in the country.
