Celebrate Skilled Trades Workers!

On the first Wednesday in May, we celebrate Skilled Trades Workers Day. The holiday is observed every year to honor the hard-working and dedicated people who keep the world running. Many college students are also starting to see more value in Skilled Trades jobs because of the opportunities that are available once they graduate. Mechanic and repair trade programs saw an enrollment increase of 11.5 percent from spring 2021 to 2022, according to the National Student Clearinghouse. Enrollment in construction and culinary trades also increased.

Skilled trades jobs are always in high demand and can lead you down an exciting career path. (more…)
