What I don’t like about our job market right now is that companies need workers but don’t want to spend the time or money training new workers. I can’t get any body to train me on a few warehouse items I need to be trained on, plus they don’t want to pay anything above 12 – 13 dollars an hour.

      Hi Scott,

Thanks for the comment! When your company isn’t willing to train you, you might want to look for ways to train yourself. Although some responsibilities do require on-the-job training with a manager’s advice, there may be other skills you can learn online or in the classroom.
