Father’s Day Is this Sunday – Add these Workplace Dad Jokes to Your Rotation

Celebrated the third Sunday in June, Father’s Day was founded in 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd who thought great fathers, like her own Civil War veteran dad who raised six children by himself, deserved a special day of recognition. Today, Father’s Day is dedicated to celebrating fatherhood, father figures, and paternal bonds of all shapes and forms. Take some time this month to honor the fathers in your company. You could even go as far as to plan a company-wide celebration to not only recognize Father’s Day, but also kick off the summer and celebrate the importance of family.

To help further highlight the holiday this year, here is a selection of workplace-themed dad jokes to add to your rotation and keep your friends and family chuckling—or more likely eye-rolling—this Father’s Day weekend!
