Artificial intelligence (AI) is here to stay, and it’s influencing the workplace in many diverse ways. According to a survey by the Pew Research Center, 46% of respondents said they would be excited by AI that could complete repetitive workplace tasks, while a Gartner poll shows 68% of executives believe the benefits of generative AI are greater than the risks.
