Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?
Most employers want someone who is in it for the ‘long haul,’ and ultimately worthy of investment. Show you have a passion for learning and want to work at the company long-term.
Why Are You Leaving Your Current Job/Company?
Try not to speak badly of a previous company. Keep your answer short and simple and focus on the company you’re interviewing with. Something along the lines of “I loved my old company, but I’m truly excited about expanding my horizons with your company in this new role.”
What’s Your Most Impressive Accomplishment?
Regardless of where you are in you career, you’ve accomplished things. Club activities, charity events you’ve worked on, group projects, etc. Make a list and narrow it down to your top three. Include specifics on what your responsibilities were and quantify the results if you can. All that’s left after that is tying those accomplishments in with the position you’re applying for.
